Geographical and Other Constraints Alhamdulillah, Riba-Free Trust has been working most successfully for several years. A key component in this has been a vetting process during which the financial and character histories of prospective new members are thoroughly assessed. It is critically important for the prospective member to be known to the local muslim community as possessing a character of financial integrity and personal piety. The Riba-Free Trust Management Committee reserve absolute discretion in approving prospective members. The Management Committee reserve the right to (or not to) provide reasons for rejection. It also reserves the right to allow (or not to allow) for an appeal. At present, we can only realistically offer membership to those residing in the area known as "East Lancashire" in England, United Kingdom. However, applications from prospective members residing outside of this area will be considered on their individual merit.
